Thermostat temp for 01XC

I changed my thermostat when I did the timing belt and water pump - just ordered all parts for a 01XC and did not need to spec any details.

I got a 91 deg C thermostsat - is this correct? Is it optional to go to lower temps?
What do others use in their XC turbos?

lower temp is for Non turbos you got the right one .
