done some researching and havent found much. I've heard in some vehicles you can buy an adapter that plugs into the factory cd changer input. After pulling my factory deck, i found i have one of these. anyone found one of these for a 2000 v70xc? thanks yall

You need a USA SPEC or a Blitzsafe unit

The USA spec does work well
You need a PA HON 11 plus the correct cable (don't have that memorized)
Both parts will cost you roughly $150 bucks

I just bought a unit on eBay for about $50...it doesn't allow for control of the iPod through the stereo controls, nor does it charge the iPod. It only provides an auxiliary input. I went with this approach because I'll also be using an XM SkyDock for charging the iPod...all I needed was the input. Also, I'm much more comfortable using the iPod's interface than any repackaging of it that Volvo might enable (as is clear from the experience I have controlling my iPhone using the stereo menu on our new '10 XC90).
