I've seen some say Redline SI-1 for the fuel sys and Auto-Rx for the oil. Others have mentioned Subaru Upper Engine Cleaner as an equivalent. Finally, others claim that DHL will ship petro products overseas. Using them maybe there is a way to get some Seafoam into the UK, but it does appear that there are some equivalents out there.

Thanks for your help & advice, my wife uses the car mainly for short journeys inbetween some epic journeys ..and I am keen to keep it sludgeless!
