Better seats in 2010?

Saw some thread on Swedespeed that seemed to suggest that the seats in the 2010 XC70 and S80 are better and more comfortable/supportive than those in the 2008 and 2009s...

Does this make any sense to anyone here? I can't imagine Volvo changing the seats this soon in the new gen...

Unfortunately, having not sat in the 2008 or 09 I can't really comment other than to say that the 2010 seats are very comfortable much more so than the 2007 Saab that we replaced it with and Saab are supposed to be pretty good in this area too.

I reckon you're right in that why would the seats be changed at this stage...though I do reemember there being more made of the seats in the 2010 xc70 brochure than the 2009. I put this down at the time to it being a revised brochure and therefor it was simply showing the info in a different way.

Would like to know though.

Interesting read...guy on there owns a 2009 and had a loaner 2010 and said the difference is obvious. Others concur...
