Driver Door Lock

Door lock issue as follows:

After getting out of my car, I notice that upon locking with remote...all locks, including rear hatch, latch properly (manual lock posts drop)...with the exception of the drivers door. About 1 second after dropping, the driver door lock post pops back up and unlocks the door. If I try to enter driver door after this process, the door will open, but the alarm will sound.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

This may or may not work, but try it.....open the engine hood, lube the hood latches, and then open and close the hood 4 or 5 times from a drop height of 7 or 8 inches. Then try to lock up and see what happens. The other possibility is the microswitches in the lock actuator for that door are sticking.
