I have an extended warranty through Volvo and have a question.
I’ve recently been hearing an air flow sound (and beginning to feel the air on my foot) after I depress and release the brake pedal. The longer I drive and use the brake, the louder and more I hear/feel it. I called Volvo and they tell me it’s the brake booster and needs to be replaced.
They say “it’s not a big job” but my question is, if it’s not covered under my warranty, how big of a job is it? Any idea what they might charge me for it?
The car is a 2003 but only just turned 70k. It amazes me how these things fail with such low mileage……
Thank you
