My fuel filter has started leaking from the front connector (quick release)
Im going to fit a new filter, but Im suspicious that its the connector thats at fault. Does anyone have experience of repairing these connectors? IE is there an O ring that fails etc?
Thanks a lot

No O-ring that I'm aware of. The disconnects are some type of press-in
button deal. The buttons may be getting stuck. I noticed the position of the
(uncovered) fuel filter is perfect for collecting debris, sand, silt. I also
noticed the buttons were a little bit stuck when I changed my filter.
You may want to try spraying the buttons/quick releases down with WD-40
or something and working the buttons to make sure they are functioning.

There is a little O ring inside the plastic retainers/clips that lock onto the snouts of the fuel filter. A new fuel filter kit will have new O rings in it. Replace them and smear a bit of rubber grease or oil on them before fitting the new filter.

Dave,
Thanks - just the answer I was hoping for!
Vadis doesnt show any O rings, so I was worried I would be replacing the entire hose assembly[thumbup]
