01 xc v90 repairs; sell it?

you guys seem to know a ton. i have a XC V70 120,180 miles:

Can you tell what repairs are needed?
both 02 sensors are 2 months old; then started burning oil; suddenly started throwing out white smoke and hesitation in acceleration; 2 mos ago did not pass inspection due to PO422 (main catalyst efficiency); brake booster vacuum line needs leak repair (hissing when not braking); blinkers stick (and both have new bulbs); no transmission problems to date...

i would like to sell it. what is it worth? interior and exterior in superior condition (no rust, dents, or tears); loaded - leather; dual power seats; moonroof; 3rd row seat; 2nd row built-in booster seats; newer tires.

I woudl say

PCV - get rid of oil buring
maybe turbo but doubtufll
Brake booster is easy just buy some rad hose and repalce it
WD 40 your blinker stalks or repalce them with new ones
ETM woudl fix the hesitiation but white smoke and hesitating turbo might be on the way out.

how much do you think someone would pay?
should i take it to a volvo dealer and ask them to diagnose...

I would pay $1000-$2k for the car .

The ETM if that is what it is will be under warrenty 10 yrs 200k miles
