Well that's about said it all!
Anybody know how to remove the "privacy handset" bracket in a MY 2006 XC70?
I'll apologise in advance if I'm being dumb. I have a quick look (in the dark of my garage) and couldn't see anything obvious. The bracket is crazy because it is huge and I want the space to store "stuff".
It's taken me two years to remove the twin cup holder (didn't like to just yank it 'cos some of the plastic is a bit brittle). Flushed with success I'm moving on to remove other useless bits. Must be the time of the year....
Be gentle with me if the solution is blindingly obvious.
While I'm at it:-
Is there a hidden switch to detect when the handset is picked up, and
will the 'phone work if I disconnect the handset?
