Grille emblem replacement

Howdy all,

I need to replace the front grille emblem on the wife's 01 XC70. I have the new part ready to go, but can someone tell me how to remove the old one without having to remove the whole front grille/fascia assembly?

Thanks Guys, you are lifesavers.

Looking at the car, I think someone may have been in there before (we bought the car used from a friend three years ago) Anyway, three of the plastic rivets are missing, and at least one of the top emblem lock washers is as well.
