I just purchased an icebox for my XC70 and the install dropped in nicely. Very quick!! As I was hoping to keep it in the car 90% of the time, I noticed that the back-end of the icebox has open access to the rear cargo area. Is there a piece that fills the top part of the rear-back rest for the center? I am thinking that the icebox is removed easily and best to remove it when not in use. Is it menat to be installed with an open gap right above it??
