Icebox-Refridgerator installation

I just purchased a icebox for the rear 40-20-40 backseat and although the unit is in transit, I wanted to ask if I need an extra optional piece to install to protect the box from the cargo area. The seat and back sections are removed for this option to sit in its place so for anybody that has one in their car, please reply for some helpful feedback.

There is an optional seat divider that screws on to the back of each side of the seats. The threaded holes can easily be located underneath the upholstery using a sharp awl. The other side of the divider has zippered compartments and a large mesh pouch which are great for storing maps, books, etc....
