I just purchased a 2001 XC (XC's were my dream car but now I'm having second thoughts)
I've encountered a few little nagging problems that I was willing to overlook but now I have a somewhat major? issue.
The sun roof opened and closed just fine until yesterday. I drove the car last night and I was unable to open the sunroof.
I looked at it this morning and was able to open it and now it won't close.
I have a feeling that the teflon alignment tab(?) (very small white piece that is rounded w/hole on one end and square on the other)has come free on one side. and now.... it won't close.
Is there anyway to manually close the sun roof?
