2004 XC70 - buying tips?

Hi All,

I found this great site in preparation of buying my first Volvo. I'm looking at a 2004 XC70 with 86K miles, asking price $15k.

High mileage, but the car seems to have a good service history. I plan to test drive this car Monday. Any suggestions on which major items I should be on the look out for?

04's and 05's are for the most part the same car

Talk to JRL, he can do waaay better than that for you at auction out of PA. I bet an '06 with less than 50k miles for the same price still under factory warranty.....just my 2 cents...sounds like a lot for an 86kmile car
