I had been getting a few vibrations when engaging gears first thing in the mornings and took my 05 XC70 into my local dealer to be checked. The next day they rang to say that there was sufficient evidence to drop the gearbox etc to check and discovered quite a bit of wear and play and that it would need a new cluth fitting!! The good news - I was 150 miles short of the 60,000 mile warranty limit and got it done for free.
Has anyone else experienced the same issues with clutch wear, as I was rather surprised that it needed a new after, what I believe, to be low mileage.
