Does your turbo intake ever fall out?

Popped the hood today only to find the air intake sitting beside the turbo, and definitely not attached. It must have shaken loose at some point. It is easy to pop back in - but I'm wondering if:

1) That ever happens to you?
2) Is there any danger in this (i.e. air not getting in)? If so, I may have to tape it in place.

i had my hose come off one day driving in my mountains.
i didnt tighten the clamps enough when i removed it for something.
it was off enough to where it wouldnt hold the boost pressure.
the way i could tell i was going up a hill and there was no umph.
and i still managed to pass someone going uphill :eek:.
pulled off a backroad, and tightened that sucker, and it aint comming off now. [thumbup]

sidenote, these cars have no power without the turbo, well at least at 8500 ft they dont.
