Will a 2005 S60 T5 set of wheels fit on an 03' XC? Any issues like bolt pattern, offset or anything of sort? Looking to use them for my winter tires.

They fit nicely on my 04. I picked up a set last winter from a guy who didn't know much about Volvo rims for $40 - yes $40 for 4. I put my winter tires on them too. Kumho KW-19's studded.[thumbup]

However, mine were 16" from the 2.5T - I think the T5 uses 235/45R17 17X7" if memory serves me correct. You'll have to put at least similar width tire on - 235/55R17 perhaps. Are they 17"?

The guy I'm buying them from says they're 16" rims. WOW you got yours for $40. for 4 rims, now that's a bargain of the decade.

Turns out the rims came with a set of Gisvaled Nord Frost 3 205/55R16 installed. Any issues with this tire size?

These tires are great for 850's and P1 x70's, but they are several sizes too small for the XC's standard of 215/65-16. This will show up in lower load weight limits, worse gas mileage, changes in steering geometry, lowered cornering limits and avoidance ability, etc. However, I don't think it would cause actual mechanical issues so long as all four tires are matched. I'd pull those and sell them off.
