Driver's mirror destroyed

While I was parked, an idiot drove by and completely destroyed my driver's side mirror. I was lucky didn't touch the body of the car though.......................
Mine is a Volvo XC70 2004. I am in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
Where can I get the part from? I might be able to replace it myself.
Any ideas of what would be the best way to proceed?

A Volvo Dealer????? No kidding..........
Seriously, what I was thinking is that you might know a place anywhere in the world that I can get the mirror for a cheaper price than a Volvo dealership...........
