Hu-613 programming

Somewhere I read that the HU-613 can be programmed to recieve AM broadcasts around and near 162.5 MHz.  That is where the NOAA Weather Radio broadcasts occur in the USA.  Does anyone know if that is possible and how to do it?

did you find out anything about this?  I hate that my 613 doesn't have a weather radio.  i got totally used to this on my saab's radio and jeeps' cbs

I haven't found out a thing. This link, http://sc2.vcc.m.volvocars.se/bilder/pp/s60/options/audio/audio.pdf would seem to indicate that the AM tuner has LW tuning capability but perhaps that model is only available in Europe. It would be great to be able to tune weather broadcasts while traveling.
