2001 V70XC Windshield Wipers Won't Turn Off...Please Help.

Hi Group....on my 2001 V70XC, the front wipers won't turn off, even in the 0 Position. I have put it on intermittent with the longest delay, but have no clue why they won't turn off. The rear wiper comes on when I start the car, but I can shut it off. Please help. Send help to [email protected]
