radiator overflow tube access

Hope someone can point me to a resource or provide informaiton on how to access the top of the radiator where the coolant overflow tube is attached. I can see it under the top of the "clip" or whatever it's called but cannon get to it. The car is a 2001 XC.

My problem is that the overflow tube is apparently not clamped properly and I'm loosing coolant at the point where the tube connects to the radiator. Coolant loss seems to be a few ounces per local 10 mile drive.
