Bluetooth lady giving the cold shoulder

Lately when starting the car, the Volvo Bluetooth system is not announcing the phone connection. The phone connects, but the lady doesn't say the usual "Phone 1 connected" like she used to do. When I press the big blue button, it doesn't say "Please say a command" either. If I say a command it then works normally. Now I'm starting to wonder if the door locks will stop working as the Bluetooth chick says "I'm sorry Dave, I can't let you do that" when I try to get out of the car. :eek:

Anybody have this problem with their Volvo Bluetooth system? If so, what's the fix? I tried removing and reconnecting the phone but no joy. Is there a reset somewhere?

Dave ..... I talked to HAL's parent, ILLIAC 1 in Champagne Urbana, IL ..... it thinks you must have offended the Blue Lady by trying to turn off a service message ...... Be careful she might try to take over your stability control ...... for the good of the mission .....
