Does anyone know how to remove the anti-rattle spring on the front brakes? I have a 2007 XC90 3.2 FWD.

screwdriver, and pry. watch your eyeballs

Pry with a screwdriver at the middle section of the spring, there is a notch that is from the brake pad. Pry towards the front of the XC90, be sure to have your other hand holding the spring preventing it from flying! Good Luck. This also applies to the new S80s and the newer S40s.
