What kind of turbo?

As I work with turbos, I am curious what kind (brand name and model) of turbocharger is on my 04 XC70?

from my knowledge, turbo of 01XC is TD04-13T.Someone said replacing with a 15T increase power and adjustment is not necessary.
Is the extra power of 04XC by bigger turbo TD04HL-14T or extra capacity?

Thank you, my XC is an 04. I've searched this site and the web with no luck. I've owned it for a couple of weeks and the last couple of weeks have been very busy.
BoBoKwok, although I work with turbochargers, I'm not in the passenger car sector.

I don't think Volvo ever used a 15T, perhaps you are refering to the 15G?
I'm not sure how it will bolt on since the outlet to the downpipe is different. All MY01~07 XC70 came with angled outlet from Turbine.

The Swede Demon's list shows a TD04HL-13G for the B5254T engine and a 3K-K24 for the B5254 T4 engine.

Would that be the correct turbo for all years of XCs?
