Forum time all messed up?

Ok, I think i'm either loosing my mind by travelling back in time or the server time is messed up. What is going on? I think the Server time system is all wonky... anyone else noticing this? Or is it users bringing back old topics?

Reset your forum options and reset your time zone, it may have moved for some reason

It's not the forum time for me, it's that old articles I read keep coming back as new topics - for example there is a poll (http://www.volvoxc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5356) where the last posting is dated 09-05-2006, 07:16 AM - and it's showing as a new posting.

What I think is happening is that there are new forum members who keep going back to vote in old polls that don't add any comments but they re-appear as new postings. All is ok. :)
