Am I missing a pipe?

Hi,

I noticed this in my engine bay. Should there not be a pipe connected to it? Is this the 'cooler box'? Car runs fine. What is the box, what is it for and what are the implications of a missing pipe? If anyone can shed some light on this that would be much appreciated.

No, it's the ECM box. Stick your finger in there and you'll find that it's blocked. Probably made for wiring on certain models or something.
