Cleaning Upholstery

I have the the light grey, half leather/half cloth, trim on my seats.
I want to clean the cloth parts.
Is there any specific cleaner anyone can recommend?
I notice they are prone to watermarks.

Either mild soap and water or a mild automotive upholstery cleaner will work
