Timing belt DIY

I would like to replace the timing belt (115k xc70) by myself. Can anybody suggest how to buy the special tool (999 5433), the belt and pulley? how much it roughly cost?

I can not find the tool after searching the websites. For the parts, do I have to buy them from a Volvo dealer?
