Greetings everyone, my name is Alex Webb, I just purchased a used '02 Volvo V70 XC and couldn't be happier with it. Absolutely outstanding vehicle, I'd been searching for a newer Volvo for almost two years. I am also registered on Swedespeed.com, but I was a little disappointed in the lack of interest in the XC lineup, which led me here. I also own an '87 740 GLE with 257,0XX miles, as well as an '01 Infiniti Qx4 (Pathfinder). I look forward to conversing with all of you in the future.

Welcome! I too am a new owner, having scoured up a 2001 V70xc with only 30,000 miles. We're on our first road trip with it this weekend and man-o-man, we love it![thumbup]

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your new acquisition. I love my XC70 and my wife loves her S80. Before that she had a 240 for many years and as a teenager my father brought home from Sweden a 122 that served him well for many years.
