My drivers window has stopped working

I had the windows tinted, and the guy who did it recommend not using the window for a week. After the week was up and I went to roll the windows down, the drivers window did not move. I called the tint-guy, and he says that he does not disconnect anything.
I am wondering what I should check first, the switch? the regulator? or?
Is there a history of window problems? I did a search, but did not find much.

First, ask him if he have remove the door panel, (he might out accidently loosen the connector). If not, then is either the tint film binding the window, or your window guide. When you press on the switch does it make any noise? if Yes, then is something binding, if not, its within the input power.
