how to clean oil drip stain from front black bumper

What is the best method to eliminate oil drip stain from front black bumper (from checking oil level via dipstick) ? I tried 'Fantastic' but that didn't seem to work very well. Thanks.

You have to fight fire with fire and use a bit of Varsol, or just use plain ol' soap and water !!
