Weighs about 12 lbs and is about 9" deep. Top portion is the 4-Disc CD Changer and the lower portion is the radio. It looks quite easy to remove as there are two retaining clips/hooks on front left side and two detents in same location on the front right side. Somehow the retaining clips/hooks are released and unit simply slides out. I'll get photos of removal if I can.
