Hey Art, are these new additions for the xc? Will u be getting the inlays for the gear box and AC vents section as well? BTW, how much did the mesh inlays cost?
Art [May 10, 2003 at 06:49 AM]
These OEM beauts just arrived today Eugene and I plan on installing them myself. This will probably be as far as I'll go with imbelishing the interior. Already installed an aluminum trimmed shifter. The inlays were $38 U.S./pc through Borton Volvo.

Art, please make some good notes and take some pics. I'm very tempted to follow your example!!! I love those aluminum inlays Any pics of your trim shifter operation???
Art [May 10, 2003 at 02:32 PM]
No problem Pico, removing the door panels is probably the easiest part of the operation. I'll post pics with explanation once I'm done. The shifter was actually installed by my dealer at no cost.
