Question Headliners and Cattle

My wife went to town yesterday, in our 2000XC, to pickup t-posts for building barbed wire fences (Nevada is open range, so if you don't want your ranch overrun by cattle, you are always building fence to keep them out ). Anyway, my wife accidentally gouged the headliner with one of the t-posts, putting a 1-2 inch gash in it . So now I need to replace the headliner material...I have replaced a 740 headliner before, with sunroof, and it came out perfect...BUT I had instructions for it (very common 740 problem, Volvo used some "environmentally safe" glue that was nearly worthless). What I was wondering, does anyone know of a "how-to" for V70 wagon headliner removal/reinstallation? If one doesn't exist, I will make one when I repair mine.
