On edit: Im sure you will anyway, but be sure to read the whole thread. Seems to be some problem with the filter part number and/or that picture.

I am not talking about the angle gear. The place where I came up with this name "Active on demand Coupling" is directly out of Vadis. The clutch portion of it has part number 8602807. The part number for the oil it takes is 1161641. I guess I can assume that since you haven't heard of it, it isn't commonly a maintenance problem.

    You are correct.
That PN IS part of the Haldex unit. WHile it does take fluid it's not supposed to be serviced.
Dealer said they never change the fluid in it

It could never hurt changing the fluid. Use only 1161641. Fluid is not an fully syntetich fluid. Its blended according to haldex. The total amount of fluid is around 0.7 liters.

I had by suction via inlet exchanged part of fluid since you only get out around 0.4liters. I have repeated this actions a couple of times until the fluid becomes more clear than black.

Im at 30000 miles and the fluid was black so it seems to me that exchanging the fluid is cheap insurance.
