Unfortunately not Volvo but it was announced yesterday that Ford will be recalling 260,000 large trucks, SUV's and vans for potential stalling and other problems. They describe it as cars stalling without warning while driving and the vehicle may or may not restart. They are replacing faulty fuel-injection controle modules that are responsible for the "reduced performance" issue. They declined to mention who the manufacturer of the part was.

Would this be a similar module to the Volvo's ETM? I am no car expert but it sounds very similar. The NHTSA is involved so they may have been the ones that pushed Ford to take this action. If not, Ford seems to be treating Ford customers better then those from their "premium brands."
