    Default ETM Failure Survey

Alright folks, this is multiple choice, so click all that apply.

Additionally, if you are from Calif and have suffered ETM stalling, send me a PM.

Whoops! We had a miss vote in the Poll. One person PM'd me to say that his vote should have been 1 ETM failure in 10-60K in the USA, rather than 60K +.

This is a trivial comment, but there appears to be a statistical problem with the survey: it doesn't have an answer category applicable to an owner who has a car with more than 100,000 miles and who has never had a failure, or for that matter, a car with less than 10,000 miles on it with no failure (I recognize that the chances of a 5(+) year old car having less than 10,000 are pretty slim)...

You are correct, but too many choices can easily clutter it up.

    Thumbs down New member

I enrolled for this club on Friday, the signals were - engine spluttering for the last two weeks, particularly around 50-70mph - maximum achieveable speed 70mph - higher revs and a warning sign flashing 'proformance reduced'.

Gone into the garage and was told to avoid high cost of replacement they have achieved near perfect proformance by cleaning it out.

This has prompted me to buy a new car. Just trying to see what options I will have on the new one right now.

BTW I am having the full works done on it and then it is on the market, so any interested parties that want to buy it (with new MOT and full service history) please contct me.
