This is a FYI.
My car arrived with two items missing. A spare/extra Nav System remote and a spare/extra remote key controller. I purchased these at FDC and had a receipt.
These items were missing when doing the car check at my Dealership after car shipped and trucked.
I filed all the necessary docs and sent them to Claims-PLUS Inc stating what my Dealership would charge to replace these items including any necessary software downloads. The Dealership gave me an invoice for this which amounted to $288.59.
I mailed the claim a few days after May 21st when I had my XC70 delivered to me at Dealership.
Today I received a Check in the correct claimed amount.![]()
Of course the Check was attached with a request that I fill out a Survey asking about my TDS/OSD/FDC experience. ![]()
The claim process was completed in less than one month.![]()
