A few suggestions & bugs

I hope you don't mind me making a few suggestions and reporting what I think are bugs.

I'm using either an Apple 400MHz iMac DV G3 or a 1GHz Powerbook G4, both running Mac OS X v10.2.3 and Safari v51 browser.

1. When I click the QUOTE button it always positions my cursor to the beginning of my topic text window after inserting the "[QUOTE]" correctly.

2. When I click on a Smilie it always inserts it at the end of my text regardless of where my cursor is positioned.

3. It would be of benefit if the Topic title could be edited.

Most of the items that you've suggested here are part of the nature of the software as it was programmed (IkonBoard). I'm not a back end programmer so my ability to make these changes are limited. To add, there's probably a reason as to why these features are not implemented, such as browser incompatibilty or compexity versus benefit in terms of the code. I dunno, just a guess.???

Topic titles cannot be edited by members because it's a point of reference for other users, even if there has been a spelling mistake.  If you really want to change the thread title, feel free to IM me and I can edit this from my account.

Glad you enjoy the site, and I look forward to meeting with ya in the Spring.
