Default Middle belt stuck, SRS light on, here's codes, are they related?

Hey all. The project we are working on has the middle seat let stuck and the SRS light is on...

SRS-00F7, 00F1, 00F4 are in the system per vida.

The F1 and F4 codes designate front left and right, but the F7 just says buckle. VIDA states to look for issues with the harness from the front buckles to the SRS module.

Could the center belt be related to this as well?

    Thx

Ok, got it freed up and unbolted the front seats (unhooked battery) and checked the buckle connection on the front harness. They both showed open loop for ohm resistance weather the buckle had the receiver in it or not. Shouldn't it show closed loop or 0ohms when buckled? Then I hooked up the battery and performed the CEM reset with the door key lock/unlock cycling, then erased the SRS codes in VIDA. The SRS-00F7 remained and so does the dash warning.

    Help?

    From Vida

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information SRS-00F7

    Condition
The Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) checks the signal from the seat belt buckle.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-00F7 is stored if the control module registers that the voltage in the signal cable is low for longer than 3 minutes.
Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-00F7 can only be diagnosed when you switch from ignition position 0 to ignition positions I, II or III.

    Substitute value
    None.
    Possible source
Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable between the seat belt buckle and the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS)
Short-circuit to ground in the connector.

    Fault symptom[s]
    General warning lamp lit.

    Signal too low
    Checking the component
    Ignition off

Disconnect the 3-pin connector from the right front seat belt buckle

Disconnect the 3-pin connector from the left front seat belt buckle.

Disconnect the connector from the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS).

Hint: The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not stored until the fault has been present continuously for at least 3 minutes.
Check the female and male parts of the connectors for the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) and the seat belt buckle. The cable terminals must not be damaged or pressed back.

Check the cable between the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) terminal #25C (22) and the seat belt buckle #54/25:4 right front. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Check the cable between the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) terminal #25A (25) and the seat belt buckle #54/24:4 left front. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

    Remedy as necessary.
