2003 XC90 T6. The clock keeps gaining time. If anything I would think it would lose time. What would cause this? Is there anyway to fix it? The instrument cluster was changed years ago. Currently mileage is 180k and still running original alternator.

Can instrument clusters be swapped with salvaged units or does dealer need to change due to odometer?

I don't think you can put a salvage cluster in and have it work, and a dealer (or a shop with a vida subscription) cannot reprogram a used unit to work in your car. Xemodex however does offer cloning of your cluster into a used part.
