General wheel bearing question

I received 2 new front wheel bearings for my XC90, both manufacturered in Italy. When I spin the hub I don't feel a smooth rotation. Feels like a contact or rubbing every 360 degrees. Is this normal? I never felt this with bearing and race sets in the "old days"

SKF bearings from Italy feel that way. they are a good bearing and work well. They are the OEM bearing.

Thank you coercion. I ended up exchanging it and the replacement turns smoother. I don't doubt they are good bearings, the ones I am replacing have 175,000 on them.
