Hello folks, am just so curious on how many of us enthusiasts/DIYers use torque wrench?
I have a fairly good one, but I just don't bother.
Thanks.

Its a must have for both 1/2" and 3/8" torque wrenches for me. I broke a few bolts(timing belt tensioner, strut to knuckle, driveshaft) when I started doing DIY on this car. The timing belt tensioner bolt costed me $100 to get someone to remove. There are some important parts that you don't wanna "torque by feel". I even have a cheatsheet for torque values copied from the net.
Cheers

I have found that on badly rusted items a TORCH wrench, Oxy/Acetylene works great,

I've found a use for under 10Nm wrenching, carbon stems clamping carbon handle bars on bikes, they range from 4-6Nm. You don't want to be guessing there! I use a Park Tools beam torque wrench.
