Hi all

First post.... have a 2014 XC60 that the dealer have admitted to resetting the service light on the VIDA system in error. Car only went in for warranty work and carried out two the software updates but as said, the service light was reset. Does anyone know the process and if they should be a different process? I have relied on the car to tell me the service count down but they now wont cover a warranty part as i exceeed the service.
