sunroof glitchy

I have a 2010 xc60 that has a glitchy sunroof and shade. Sometimes it works perfectly fine. Other days none of it works. Hours later it might just be the shade that retracts and nothing else works. Hours/a day later the whole thing works fine again, only to be nonfunctional again in a few hours. No rhyme or reason to it. I can hear a brief click in the light console even if it doesn't function at all.

I have tried all of the "resets" that I have seen online. Key fob lock and unlock x 3, manually putting the key in the door and locking/unlocking x 5. No help with any of these.
We took it in to the dealer, but of course it was working perfectly fine by the time we got it there.

Anyone else have experience with this problem?

Maybe you have a leak that is affecting the circuit ?
