Wow...two sets of axles in a year? Bad rebuilds, I would guess...
I would put it up and check for play in that bearing. They do wear out eventually...
If the car is up and the weight is off the suspension - grab the wheel at the 3 and 9 and check for play, then do the same at 6 and 12...if the play is the same - it's the bearing. If the play is only there at 3 and 9, then you could have a worn tie rod end on that side.
How is the front bushing on the lower control arm?
