Default 2004 T6 AWD with squeaky accessory belt - how do I tighten?

My XC90 has a noticeably squeaky belt noted usually upon the inital start-up in the morning, especially noticeable with the a/c compressor on. It appears to be coming from the smaller accessory belt that notably was replaced a couple of months ago during a thermostat and timing belt repair by the dealership.

The tensioner by all appearances and feel seems to be holding good tension on the belt, i.e. the belt doesn't say very much when pushing on it with my thumb. However the squeal is getting worse. So my question is....

How do I remedy this issue? I am aware of the T60 torx driver trick to manipulate the tensioner without the special tool, but it doesn't seem to be "loose" or need to be rotated any at the tensioner.

Thanks in advance for your input and assistance!

Noisy serpentine belt is usually a sign of needing a new belt. That is, of course, if the tensioner is working and you seem to have tested that as OK.
The mini "V" ribs across the belt do wear and instead of having full contact on the sides of each V the contact diminishes and slip occurs.
Also with milage the grooves in the pulleys accumulate belt wear and stuff. This can be cleaned with a wire brush.
The development in the "rubber" of belts and hoses has yielded some very long lasting pieces so now serpentine belts look fine with no cracks and still very pliable but the drive faces have worn down.

Thanks very much cattlecar for your response. I forgot to mention in my posting that both belts were replaced just a few months ago when the thermostat and timing belt was replaced by the dealership.

Wow, someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed...

DMD, (Don't get me started on what that acronym might stand for, given the ill-spirited tone of your input)

I disagree with you on both points - if you actually read my post I don't know of any other information that could be relayed other than that which was included. And there is no complaint whatsoever with the reply, in fact, you will note a heart-felt statement of appreciation for his response.

If you could please explain how your response is beneficial or responsive to my issue as per the forum's guidelines?
