    Trime????

    TRIM

Not sure about the bottom, XCs have that plastic trim.
Frankly, I've never seen it off and there may be holes in the XC door

Trim is correct. Don't type too well on my iphone.

I am trying to find a replacement door and was thinking that if the doors on the V70 are essentially the same it would expand my options when searching.

Yes you could use a V70 door it would be the same
The worst thing you would have to do is drill a couple of holes if those moldings do in fact use holes, I just don't know.

I believe the cladding on the doors and fenders are on with double-sided super-tape. Not many manufacturers use holes anymore due to the rust potential at those sites. Even lettering and emblems no longer have the locating holes/pins as they use a fixture at the factory to properly locate them, gain, using two-sided tape.

I'd be interested in knowing this...I'm fairly certain fenders are different and do have mounting holes but no idea if that was carried over to the doors.

Wow, there's both tape and clips. The latter really cause rust problems in this neck of the woods. I'd better take a good look to make sure all is well.

    Thanks, Willy.
