Bought a nice 04 Silver/Charcoal w/ boosters and a 3rd seat

This is a very decent 04 with 107K miles
My guess is that I will need to remove some dings, do a T belt and (of course) whatever else it may need will get done!

It should not be too expensive plus it has a 3rd seat AND boosters, laminated, dark tinted rear side glass, 12v outlet, rear park sensors, premium, climate, etc.
I haven't seen many lately with a 3rd seat.

A VA car with a clean Carfax and Autocheck.
I should know more and post a price next week

We just picked this up and drove it 80 miles back here, it's very decent and MUCH better than I expected it to be!

I need to get out a few door dents but not as many as I had expected, install a T-belt, check the breather and probably all the usual stuff they need at 107K miles.
It's being checked out at Volvo right now for any hidden issues that I can arbitrate, (if necessary), then off to the dent Dr. then back to me and my mechanic for the belts and whatever it needs.

Hopefully I can get it ready to my standards and sell it for under 10K, but I can't be held to that, it may be $500 more or possibly $500 less!

UPDATE EDIT:

New pictures from today
Installed a T-belt, upper torque mount and BOTH spring seats over the weekend. breather box test showed a lot of neg. pressure so it either has been done or the PO changed the oil a lot.
Angle gear is dry, tranny shifts like new. It's a quiet XC and drives quite well now.
It's like a brand new car, completely different from the day I drove it home. Tires and brakes are above half: about 7/32" and 8/32" respectively.

Bottom line, this is a really nice XC.

Sale price; a reasonable forum price special of $8995.00 firm
(Autotrader asking price will be significantly higher!)

Probably sold
Probably means I received a phone commitment by someone who drove it last Sat. but no deposit.
I'm guessing it's sold.
If anyone in the Eastern PA area wants a 3rd seat in charcoal, these people don't need it and would probably sell it for a reasonable price to someone who's local and can swap the pieces (or I can swap and install the belts and latches for the cost of my time, about 2 hours)
