Question MY2012 XC70 3.2 AWD HP specification - Tourist OSD vs. Dealership's Moroni Sticker

I notice that in the current OSD Tourist "Price list 124" the HP specification for the MY2012 XC70 3.2 AWD states 240 HP whereas at my local Volvo dealership this same car's Moroni sticker states 230 HP.

Which one is correct ? .... or are they both correct meaning if you go the OSD route you get the extra 10 HP ?

After a bit of research I did find this at http://www.automotive.com/volvo/xc70/2012/t3-12-1/

The 2012 Volvo XC70 marches on with a few more tweaks intended to keep it competitive. Under the hood, the base XC70's normally-aspirated 3.2-liter inline-6 is now joined by a partial zero-emissions version which sacrifices a few horsepower (230, down from 240) in the interest of reduced emissions and the expectation of slightly better mileage. Meanwhile, the 300 horsepower, 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-6 powering the T6 version is unchanged. Both engines are mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Fortunately, both engines consume regular-grade gas, because the XC70's fuel economy is average at best.

The 240 HP motor is the widely used engine. The PZEV engine with 230 HP is much more rare.
I think the underhood label on your car will mention PZEV if it is the lower emissions variant. The PZEV does not have the cam profile shifting hardware and would only have one solenoid on cylinder head top cover for the CVVT and would omit the two solenoids for the CPS feature.

Not all States have the PZEV mandate.... My WA state does have this mandate, and so this explains the 230 hp on the Moroni Sticker at my local dealership.

    You'll love the T6.
I have driven both and for hilly or mountainous terrain I got better MPG with the T6. The 3.2 is far below its torque band in 6th and must drop to 5th or 4th for grades, not even steep grades. The high revs uses more fuel than increased load at the lower revs of the T6 motor.
T6 motor also does not use the cam profile shifting feature. No torque producing tricks needed with a turbo assuring cylinder filling.
